Our photography and videography are offered as one experience. While Luis has his own brand, we partner exclusively through Mariah Hailey Photography for weddings. You'll book through me, I'll be your point of contact throughout the planning process, and together we'll document your day with one cohesive vision.
How does booking photo + video work?
When your photographer and videographer already work together, your day flows naturally. We know each other's shooting styles, communicate throughout the day, and work as one team so nothing feels staged, rushed, or chaotic.
Why book a photo + video team together?
Absolutely! We proudly serve weddings throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey. Whether you're celebrating close to home or planning a destination within the Northeast, we'd love to be part of your day.
Do you travel?
Yes! Our team is fully insured and can provide proof of insurance to your venue if requested.
Are you insured?
Once you've decided we're the perfect fit, we'll send over your proposal, contract, and invoice. To officially reserve your wedding date, we require a non-refundable $800 retainer and a signed contract. Your wedding date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid.
How do we reserve our date?
Most of our couples book 12–18 months in advance, with popular dates filling even sooner. If you're considering having us document your wedding, we recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your date.
When should we book?
You're always welcome to share the music style and overall feel you love. We carefully select licensed music that complements your story while ensuring your wedding film can be legally shared and enjoyed for years to come.
Can we choose the music?
We know you're excited to relive your wedding day, and we can't wait to share it with you. Your film will be delivered within 8–10 weeks, giving us the time to thoughtfully edit every moment into a film that reflects your story in a meaningful and timeless way.
When will we receive our wedding film?
Most weddings are documented by a team of 2–4 professionals. Your team is thoughtfully chosen based on your collection, timeline, guest count, and overall wedding day logistics to provide the best possible coverage.
